ORDERS
We suggest at least 3 days in advance to ensure all products are in stock, but we are willing to accommodate any rushes. Please contact us at hello@panachegiftshop.com for details.
If you have selected one of our custom gift boxes, these will ship exactly as shown; ready to be gifted. If you are curating your own gift and do not select a packaging box, please keep in mind that these items will not be shipped using a wooden box. We recommend you select your packaging first in order to avoid unpacked items.

Yes, each gift can include a hand-written note for your gift recipient. You simply provide us with your message and we'll take care of everything else. If you decide to leave it blank, please indicate so at checkout.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
We currently ship anywhere in the United States via UPS or USPS. If you need rush shipping, please contact us so we can provide you with an estimate on expedited shipping.
Orders typically take 2 to 3 business days for processing and 1 to 5 business days for ground shipping depending on destination. If you need a rush order, we are happy to help. Reach out to hello@panachegiftshop.com and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Yes! We offer deliveries free of charge to areas in Long Island, NY (within 10 miles of Locust Valley, NY radius only). We will contact you as soon as you place your order so we can schedule a delivery time. Orders take 2 to 3 business days for setting up and delivery times vary from 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed.
Our free shipping code applies to all Domestic Shipments throughout the U.S.
This code DOES NOT apply to hand deliveries. Free Shipping cannot be combined with any other offers.
Knowing that these are gifts, we never include any prices, receipts or packing slips inside our gifts.
RETURNS
At Panache Gifts, we take great care in making sure your gifts get to you or your recipient as perfect as they left us. If a gift you have received is not in perfect condition, please let us know and we will ensure this gets resolved immediately.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if the gift you have received is not in perfect condition due to a shipping issue, please contact us with all proper documentation within 24-48 hours and we will ensure this gets resolved immediately.
Shipping carriers will require to submit proper documentation such as pictures of the shipping box, shipping packaging, and pictures of all broken items. We request to please make sure you keep all of the above in order to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
If there has been any damage to your gift(s) during shipping transit, please let us know within 48 hours so that we can proceed with filing a claim and a replacement of the item if necessary. Please note that we require pictures of the damaged packaging as well as the damaged item in order to file a claim.
