We currently ship anywhere in the United States via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. If you need rush shipping, please contact us for an estimate on expedite shipping.
Orders typically take two to three business days for processing and one to five business days for ground shipping depending on destination. If you need a rush order, we are happy to help. Reach out to email@example.com and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Yes! We offer deliveries free of charge to areas in Long Island, NY (within fifteen miles of Glen Cove, NY radius only). We will contact you as soon as you place your order so we can schedule a delivery time. Orders take two to three business days for setting up and delivery times vary from three to five business days after your order is placed.
Of course! There will be a $25 fee for hand-deliveries to areas over a fifteen mile radius.

Yes, each gift can include a hand-written note for your gift recipient. You simply provide us with your message and we'll take care of everything else. If you decide to leave it blank, please indicate so in the space where your message it to be entered.
No, we never include any prices, receipts or packing slips inside our gifts.
At Panache Gifts, we take great care in making sure your gifts get to you or your recipient as perfect as they left us. If a gift you have received is not in perfect condition, please let us know and we will ensure this gets resolved immediately.
If there has been any damage to your gift(s) during shipping transit, please let us know within forty-eight hours so that we can proceed with filing a claim and a replacement of the item if necessary.
Yes, your gift will include exactly what you see on each product page. On rare occasions, we might be out of stock on a certain item but we will contact you to include a different option of equal or greater value at no cost.
